Panda Auto is a Chinese based ride hailing company similar to Uber or Lyft. It ceased operation on February 1 due to financial troubles at its parent company Lifan Holdings
Panda Auto was founded in 2015. They had 20,000 cars in their fleet and over 4 million registered users.
The future seems bleak for a goodly number of the electric car fleet.
