I was unable to find any information about this vehicle other than it was assigned the name Octoauto. Searches for that name only provided information about the 1911 Octoauto made by Milton Reeves.

Reeves based his creation on a 1910 Overland. I made a post about his car in the past. He made one prototype but no one ordered an Octoauto.
