Russian cathedral

Prior to the Russian Revolution the Empress had a property in Nice. She had her house torn down and donated the land. An Orthodox Cathedral was built for the 500 Russian families that wintered in Nice in the late 18th century.

All indications were that it was open every day. However, it is now closed on Mondays... the day we had chosen to visit.
