The Fiat-Stanguellinni 1200 Spider was a 1.2 liter OHV  (59 BHP) powered car that was shown at the 1957 Turin Auto Salon as well as the 1960 Buenos Aires Auto Salon.  It was equipped with two Weber carburetors, 4 speed manual, independent front suspension with coil springs, and four wheel hydraulic brakes.  Designed by Franco Scaglione.

This car will be offered at auction on March 11 by Sotheby's at their Amelia Island event.  It is expected to bring between $300-400,000.

Elephant sweaters

Winters can be chilly in Northern India.  The Wildlife SOS Elephant Conservation and Care Center decided to provide sweaters for their rescued elephants.  It takes about four weeks to knit a sweater. Read more about their efforts here.

Amiens Cathedral
